With over four decades of expertise, our company specializes in stainless steel foundry operations, including casting and precision machining. Occupying an area of more than 100,000 square meters, we employ over 386 staff members, among whom 22 are engineering and technical professionals.
Our facility is equipped with 4 advanced medium-frequency induction melting furnaces (with capacities of 150kg, 500kg, 1000kg, and 8000kg), 2 imported direct-reading spectrometers, and 3 carbon-sulfur analyzers. This enables rapid and accurate pre-furnace analysis, ensuring consistent and reliable product quality. Additionally, we operate 6 large and medium-sized heat treatment furnaces, along with more than 10 units for shot blasting, cleaning, sandblasting, and passivation processes.
To guarantee stable product performance, we are also outfitted with comprehensive machinery for machining and measurement, physical testing, non-destructive testing, and inspection.
Our precision casting products utilize processes such as lost-wax casting, sand casting, and composite mold shell production. For sand casting, we employ various methods including phenolic resin sand and sodium silicate sand. We manufacture a wide range of materials, including corrosion-resistant stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, heat-resistant stainless steel, carbon steel, various alloy steels, and alloy cast irons.
The products serve diverse industries such as vacuum pumps, fluid pumps, shipbuilding, nuclear power, automotive, textile, mining, construction, metallurgy, and chemical sectors, with over a thousand varieties widely applied in the market.
